Service Description

This course is designed for those students who has completed the online training part. The In-Person skills part will be completed with our certified instructor. You MUST first complete the online session BEFORE attending the In-Person skills session. Not completing the online session means NO In-Person session. Therefore, you MUST re-register and pay again for the certification.

Cancellation Policy

Partial Refund Policy: 1) If Participants request a cancellation of the registered course 7 days before the course start date in order to receive a refund, there will be a 15% administrative fee deducted from the refund amount. 2) Participants may receive a 50% refund if the request for cancellation is received 72 hours before the course start date. 3) No refund is granted if the cancellation is after the 72 hours window of the course start date.
